I never thought I would sit where I am currently sitting, or know God how I know him, or for that matter even be alive if it weren’t for the effect that Revival Ministries International has had on my life, and the lives of my family. I thank God for Pastors Rodney and Adonica. I came to live in Tampa two years and one month ago. I moved here with my mom shortly after my father passed away. My dad was a pastor of a Rhema church in Kissimmee Florida.

It was a sudden and devastating loss; I was only sixteen years old at the time. I grew up in a Pentecostal church my entire life, but I had never fully received the baptism of the Holy Spirit and I really did not know God. I knew about God but I never knew him as my Heavenly Father. I thought I had a free ticket into heaven because my father was a pastor. I was oblivious to the truth.

When I was 15 years old, my dad, my sister and I went to the Great Awakening Tour in Miami Florida. One night after the service my dad and my sister and I got a chance to talk to Pastor Rodney. While we were talking he told my sister and I that if we ever wanted to attend RBI or RSW that we would have scholarships. I picked up an RSW pamphlet and started talking to my dad about how I would love to go there one day, but that I wanted to go to Rhema like he did. I had other plans for my self but God knew what he was doing.

When I got the scholarship I had no idea that I would one day end up living in Tampa while my mom would attend RBI. At summer camp, with Pastors Allen and Kristin and the youth group August of 2010 God spoke to me and told me that my Rhema plans were not what he had for me. I had already gone to their college weekend and I was really trying to make it work so I could go there. God also informed me that I was going to go to the RSW. This past august at summer camp God confirmed his word again. The Fire of God touched me in a way it never has before. I literally felt fire all over my body and my face. I was screaming, crying and laughing all at the same time. While he was touching me he was showing me all the times in my life where the devil tried to steal my joy and how it DIDN’T work. He was showing me that I had victory in him. I knew from that night on that I was in the right place.

This RBI/RSW revival had been utterly life changing. God has really broken down walls I had no idea even existed. I now have an intense passion to be a radical giver. He has shown me how sewing and reaping REALLY works! On Thursday of the third week I gave my purse, my iPod and my electric guitar away as seed.

I believed God for a laptop, a Mac Book specifically. On Sunday Dave Leszchek asked me to come out to the lobby and handed me his laptop which was exactly the laptop I had been believing God for! I was overwhelmed with joy and I just felt the love of God all over me. I was just blown away by his goodness. He provided for me exactly what I needed. He is so faithful. I can’t wait to see what God has in store for me this year! It feels amazing to be doing the will of God and be directly in the center of what he has for me……

Since I have been here at Bible College the Lord has been providing for me financially and a place to live. I have not stretched my faith in such a way like I have since I came down to Bible College. God has healed my broken heart and taken away grief from losing my Mother last year. God has rekindled the flame that once had burned bright but through hardships in life went very dim. Growing up in church I knew God but I ran from my calling and God had his hand on my life in a powerful way.

When Pastor Rodney came to my Grandfather’s church I was a young girl and when he laid his hands on me I never experienced the Holy Ghost like I did that night. When I was 16 I lived in Tampa with my Father and I remember sitting in the service seeing people with joy and thinking that it was crazy….little did I know I was going to get it a short time after, it was like the scripture talking about a strong and mighty wind and before I knew it I was on the floor laughing uncontrollably……that lasted from 10:30 pm until 2:00 am!!!! I had never experienced the joy until that night.

I had got a touch from God but I didn’t have a change that needed to happen. Now being back and also going to Bible College has changed my life completely; I have been getting smacked with the fire from crying uncontrollably to laughing uncontrollably!! I have been out soul winning leading people to the Lord. I have a Holy boldness like never before and I love it. I thank God for using Pastor Rodney and Pastor Adonica to be lead by the Spirit…..

I came to The River in 2005 with my mother and father. My dad attended The River Bible Institute for first year in 2006. I was always one of those people who said, “I will never, ever go to The River Bible Institute.” But, God had different plans. In the summer, before my first year I finally decided to move full speed ahead towards the things of God.

I was sitting in my seat at the last night of Igniting a Generation when Pastor Todd started a River Bible Institute and River School of Worship alter call. I sat in my seat, and when it came time for people to go to the alter; I realized my heart was beating fast. I thought “no way, not me!”, but I knew I should be up there.

I fought it for a good five minutes, and Pastor Todd kept the alter call open for a while. I finally decided to just go up, and I lifted off of my chair, and sat back down… twice. I did not want to come. But, little did I know that it was going to have such an incredibly positive impact on my life. Finally, I got up and actually went up to the alter call. The moment I got to the front I began to cry uncontrollably. I got an application, and didn’t apply for a long time. I actually changed my mind about going a couple weeks later.

Rodney Howard Browne – I was sure I was not going to go. But, then the day that Momentum got back from camp, right when we got off the bus Rom Dacosta pushed me up to Pastor Todd and told him I am coming to school. It became official; I am just going to go…..Rachel P.

I was about to quiet school, but I couldn’t do. God really spoke to me in New York and I end it up here, at the Bible School. These meeting that we had last weekend was amazing I am telling you. The power of God in this place is just fantastic.

You can explained. The extended meeting for the students last weekend was awesome, my faith in the Word of God has growing since this meeting that we had. I have no words to say thanks for what God does through the school. Dr Rodney Howard Brown, I like to thank you for all the things you have done for us. I love you Pastor. God bless you and every single Pastor….

Rodney Howard Browne – God says it’s absurd for you to think this way. I love you with a love you can’t even grasp and I believe some of us needed to hear that this morning. Because many have come to the Fellowship of Las Colinas, you’ve walked through the doors of the Arts Center and you’re wounded.

I arrived here at R.M.I/The River on 6-12-11 and I only had a bag with the bare necessities, $3, and a pillow. I ended up sleeping outside in a makeshift hammock. I woke up the next day at 6:00am to clean up at the Shell gas station to be ready for my first day of Summer school. After class was over I meet Jeff who was also attending the class with me. We have now become good friends. Jeff introduced me to Payne who allowed me to stay at his house for a little over two weeks. Jeff then invited me to stay with him and Payne also ended up staying with us as well. I lived with them at that house for just under two months. Now God has super naturally provided a house for all three of us that we rent. God has furnished it as well and filled the cabinets with food. I am a living testimony that God will supply all of our needs and more over and abundantly. I believe that this is just the beginning of what God has planned for my life. God is so amazing it’s awesome to see the provision come to me and flow thru my hands for my needs and also to be a blessing to others. God has been taking me from faith to faith and glory to glory. The stretching hurts so good but I love it because I know it will be worth it in the long run. What God can do to me he can and I do thru me. Now classes have just begun and I am so excited for what God has for me and to be in the perfect will of God. I never want to get out of it! I just want to be his yielded vessel and grow to be who he has planned for me to be and fulfill the call of God on my life. I want God to be able to say well done my good and faithful servant enter into the Kingdom of God.

Rodney Howard Browne - You have scars and you’re trying to camouflage these scars. You’re trying to put Band-Aids on them and I have good news for you from the Word of God, God loves you. He’s loyal to you. His love is devoted to you.

I was living in the state of Pennsylvania when I had a dream with pastor Rodney. In my dream I TOLD Pastor Rodney I wanted to go to Bible school and I was speaking in tongues. I felt in my spirit to share my dream with Pastor Corey.  So I emailed Pastor Corey and to my amazement he replied that same day.  Pastor Corey asked me if I wanted to go to Bible school. And I replied; my finances are not good right now.  Pastor Corey told me about the scholarship program.  And I came to Bible school and God has provided everything for me. I have a place to live, clothing and food. The meetings have been so amazing.

One particular meeting Pastor Eric was preaching and he laid hands on everybody after service. That night I felt the fire of God and his Glory touch me. After that night I was talking to my dad who is a non-believer.  My dad is a Muslim and in the past he was never receptive to anything I said. Now when I talk to him he pays more attention to me.  One night I was placed in the call center. One of the phone calls I received was from a woman who wanted prayer for her finances because she didn’t have a job. I asked the women do you want to be baptized in the Holy Ghost. She replied yes and when I prayed for her she began to speak in tongues. And I asked her do you feel the fire of the Holy Ghost.  And she said yes.  So I prayed for her to receive the fire of the Holy Ghost. Then I prophesied to her that she would find a job in two weeks. Amen!

Rodney Howard Browne – Even greater than the love of the world’s best mom. Maybe you’re praying now and you feel like God has deserted you but you need to ask yourself this question.

One night I just happened to turn on the television to the Great Awakening.  My spirit witnessed with what they were saying and how they were reaching out to people.  When I heard they were offering a $2,000.00 scholarship.  I prayed if it was Gods will for me to go to Bible School, He would open the door for me.  I always wanted to go to Bible School but never had been able to go.  I called in that same night and requested an application form, which came very promptly.  After completing all the requirements I submitted my application.

About six weeks later I received a voice-mail saying I had been accepted to River Bible Institute.  Halleluiah!  I was so happy at first but then I began to think that the voice-mail didn’t say I had received the scholarship, only that I had been accepted to the school, so the next day I called River Bible Institute and kept playing phone tag with the people I was trying to reach that afternoon.  The next morning I called the number back and the operator told me the number could not be completed as dialed, so, I tried about four or five times with the same results.  I called information and asked for the River Bible Institute telephone number in Tampa, Florida.  The information operator told me they had no such listing.  I told her I had used the same number yesterday with no problems.  She asked me if I wanted to speak to her supervisor and I replied yes.  He looked up the number on the computer and said the same thing.  I realized there was no sense in arguing with him so I hung up.  As soon as I hung up my mind took off like a rocket ship.  It started telling me this was a fly-by-night deal and it was a scam and the people had pulled the plug and had run off. Rodney Howard Browne – Have you deserted God? Folks, sometimes God is silent and the Bible says “His ways are higher than our ways” meaning we can’t figure Him out.

Rodney Howard Browne – But if you trust, if you trust God, if you take His Word and apply it into your life and say, “God, I’m putting my life in your hands”, He will communicate that love, that feeling, that warmth, like words cannot describe.

The Great Awakening meetings that started this Sunday have been building momentum within just a short time span of five full days. We have been going live across the world into homes all over America and across the world and the impact has already been tremendous. CTN has been airing the meetings every single night this week and lives are being touched and changed for eternity. People who are flipping through the channels on their tv are stopping to watch the services where the power of God is falling.

While they are watching they are getting saved right where they are, healed from all types of sickness, and set free from addictions and bondages that have been holding them captive. This is only the first week that the meetings have been aired and people are already coming in from all over the world to be a part of what is happening at the River church. This will only pick up momentum as the days and weeks go by. The purpose of these meetings is to bring a Great Awakening to America and bring this nation back to God as our national pledge says, “One nation under God…”

This nation will see a Great Awakening sweep across it from every house. I am so excited to be a part of this and to have the honor of serving during these meetings; to be a part of making an eternal difference in the kingdom. It is so amazing to see what a large group of people we can reach through the airwaves and how they are being touched and changed by the fire of God. -Laura P

Rodney Howard Browne - So we’re getting now a focus of this word “mother love”. Isaiah 49, God compares His love to it.    Also, the Apostle Paul, tough, direct, restless St. Paul, compared his love in first Thessalonians chapter 2 verse 7 to the love of a mom.

God is moving in the Tampa Bay, Florida. If you are hungry for God, come join us and see how he has been touching lives . The Bible tells us that we will see miracles , The blind eyes will open, we will lay hands on the sick’s and they shall recover. One morning, we went out soul winning in a neighborhood in Tampa where I  meet a very sick and blind woman.  I went to her house with a sister in Christ and we prayed for her healing that she may have sight- after we left I called her and she said that she felt a lot better.

A couple days afterwards I called her to check how she was doing she told me that she was totally healed, and now able to freely walk around her home. Last week,  I went to pray with her after I finished praying miraculously, she told me she can see me her eyes opened partial / I brought a new convert with me in her house she saw the guy and started to prophesy to him she described him totally. Hallelujah! Also since, she’s been going around the house, walking and praising God. Praise God her grandson accepted Jesus Christ as their Lord and Savior also. Praise God.  -Ruth M.

Rodney Howard Browne – But as we focus closer, let’s see what actually gives mothers this mother love. What could make a mom tell her son, who has botched the Lord’s Prayer in front of 5,000 people, “Your voice sounded good”. What gives a mom that mother love?
